Axon Moore is currently recruiting for a rapidly growing PE backed professional services business based in the City Centre who are looking for a Graduate Trainee Accountant to join their growing team. Reporting to and working closely alongside senior management, this would be the ideal opportunity for those looking for fast paced and challenging environment in which they will gain the skills and experience necessary to become a Qualified Accountant. Full study support and mentoring will be provided alongside this role. Key responsibilities will include;
• Preparation and review of monthly management accounts, including variance analysis and preparation of relevant commentary
• Regular financial reporting into the business
• Assisting with P&L Analysis and Commentary
• Balance sheets reconciliations
• Overseeing Purchase and Sales Ledger, ensuring they are reconciled in a timely manner
• Assist with statutory reporting requirements including VAT returns and Year End Accounts To apply for this role candidates MUST have completed a University Degree and have some experience in a similar environment.
