A market leading and internationally operating Financial Services business based in Fareham are looking for a Senior Compliance Manager to join their team following a phase of growth. Reporting to the Senior Management Team, this role will take ownership of the day to day compliance activities whilst providing support to the UK and wider Group. You will also keep an up to date knowledge of regulatory (FCA) developments and will communicate the impact of changes to the business. There will be a project element as well, with a need to implement an effective compliance management programme that will continue to keep the business on top of developments. You will be ICA qualified, or qualified Accountant, with strong knowledge of the UK regulatory environment whilst having the gravitas and influencing skills to apply it within a large business. You will also have experience of performing compliance-based activities within the FS sector and have good Excel skills.
