The role involves:- Defining and agreeing standardized and simplified billing methodologies with senior stakeholders.- Establishing stakeholder governance that enables effective Business Division management of the Corporate Center bill.- Leading reviews of Corporate Center services and the associated cost dynamics with the service owners- Orchestrating regular service reviews for the Business Areas in IB and GT- Developing and delivering reporting and analytics that enable effective service reviews- Partnering with the Business Divisions on strategic reviews of business performance and investment choices- Partnering with the Cost Management & Efficiency group on cost saving opportunity identification and tracking.- Integrating the Service Management Framework with key Finance processes, roles and responsibilities. Your team: You will work within the Service Management and Billing team located in London together with Corporate Center Business Partner, Divisional MI, Cost Aligned Change, Business Insight & Analytics and Cost Management & Efficiency teams that are all part of Corporate Center CFO. You will work with stakeholders and teams, including GMD level, across multiple locations and disciplines.
