We have a fantastic opportunity for you to work for a driven and dynamic market leading law firm with an office based in the heart of Leeds City Centre They are looking for a Client Reporting Analyst / Relationship Executive to provide support to the NHS Resolution Client Relationship Partner and other Clinical Law Claims Partners. Key Duties and

Responsibilities:
Ensuring fee earners are trained and comply with workflow/system data requirements from case inception through to completion Monitoring caseloads, budgets, work allocation and case progress to ensure work is able to be delivered safely and effectively within client KPIs Extracting, monitoring, analysing and interpreting data in relation to the divisions performance against both internal and client KPIs Producing and reporting on our performance to both the Divisional Partners and the client on a monthly basis Analysing and resolving issues with both the client and divisional team members Supporting the delivery of continual improvement in the quality, efficiency and effectiveness of the provision of services to our clients Organising and ensuring audits are carried out within the specified time frame by the relevant Partners In time there may also be the opportunity to develop the role and responsibilities further particularly in relation to the divisions other clients. Key Skills: In order to recruit the best people to maintain the law firm's status as legal adviser of choice.
