Regulatory Assistant £17,000 pa Lutterworth 35 hour week/Car Park/Pension/Life Assurance Role Description: Assisting the team in meeting all requirements of regulatory and Quality Assurance guidance / legislation. Duties and Responsibilities
• Maintain Supplier Database
• Manage the Supplier Review Schedule, and action Supplier Questionnaire, Technical Agreement, Review Meeting or Audit, as agreed with the Regulatory Manager
• Assist with supplier audits and the preparation of audit reports
• Log potential new suppliers and initiate Supplier Approval process
• Collate and review potential new supplier documentation
• Maintain supplier files
• Assist with approval of raw materials, with guidance from the team.
• Packaging Compliance
• For allocated customers, review requests for artwork amendments and action as appropriate, with guidance from the team.
• Check artwork supplied by Contract clients against specification of product to be supplied
• Assist with brand product packaging approval procedure, from artwork through to approval for Quality Control release of finished components.
• Contribute as required to audit preparations
• Assist with product testing
• Liaise with customers regarding product queries, as appropriate
• Provide assistance with information required for customer audits/visits Essential Skills / Qualifications
• Accuracy and Diligence
• Ability to deliver effective written communication, and to communicate with confidence over the telephone
