SF Recruitment are recruiting an Head of Finance Planning & Analysis Manager for our Birmingham based service client. You will deliver financial information to key stakeholders across the organisation, identifying trends and potential risks that will affect the business. Our client is looking for candidates who are proven in continually improving and evolving the FP&A function. You will lead in planing, forecasting and reporting and ideally you will understand key organisational drivers and push for continually improving processes and procedures. You will compile the group strategy and ensure the company is on target to hit corporate objectives. You will build detailed budgets for wider business units and support teams in assisting them achieve their strategy and objectives. You will create financial models and business information and identify key improvements to present to board. As the ideal candidate, you will have proven experience leading FP&A teams and are proven in leading projects. You will be qualified (ACA/ACCA/CIMA)
