SourceCo are proud to work in partnership with a leading professional support business based in Bromsgrove As an Assistant Accountant you will be tasked with providing, comprehensive and flexible financial support to the entire group. Duties will include but are not limited to: ïAssist with the Finance Manager with the preparation of management accounts as required ïMaintain general ledger to trial balance ïMaintain sales ledger including invoicing & recharges ïDirect debit collections ïMaintain purchase ledger ïSupplier BACS payments ïMaintain petty cash & credit cards ïCredit control ïDeal with customer & supplier queries ïManage customer contracts ïLiaise with customers including email/telephone support and face to face meetings ïGenerate ad hoc invoices as required ïMaintain cash book ïBanking ïSupport the wider business as a whole as and when necessary The successful candidate will have previous experience within a finance department, be a self-starter willing to work from their own initiative, have a flexible can do attitude and be qualified to AAT (Levels 2,3 & 4 considered) SourceCo work in partnership with businesses across the UK who operate within Manufacturing, Logistics, Commercial and Further Education sectors.
