Are you a Junior Bookkeeper / Trainee Accountant with between 6 months and 18 months experience in a good quality accountancy practice firm? Are you looking to continue your career with an entrepreneurial firm that specialises in working with very high profile music clients? Are you also looking to be trained by experienced staff, and have the option to receive study support for the AAT exams? If so, this growing accountancy practice firm with 50 staff based in a prime location in Central London is looking to recruit a new member of staff due to impressive growth over the last few years. Based in the busy Business Management department, your role will be hands on, and will include general bookkeeping, data entry and Vat work for a wide variety of musicians and bands and music companies (promoters, record labels, producers, festivals, talent agencies etc). You will gain exposure and receive training so you can use a range of software packages, particularly Xero and Quickbooks. To be considered for this new role it is likely you will be a Junior Bookkeeper / Trainee Accountant with between 6 months and 18 months experience working for a good quality accountancy practice firm, carrying out general bookkeeping and VAT duties. You must now be looking to upgrade to a medium size Central London (Zone 1) based firm where you will work with music related clients. A strong interest in music and working with music clients, in a bookkeeping based role, is essential. Experience of Xero and Quickbooks would be an advantage but not essential.
