Our client is an international company with operations throughout the world. They are now seeking an Assistant Accountant to be based at their UK head office near Wembley. The role will involve a wide range of financial accounting duties, ensuring that all the transaction impacting the general ledger are accurate and in line with the relevant reporting standards. Duties: Purchase Order creations for HR Responsible for the accruals, prepayments, provision etc. including posting and calculations of journals entries Payables process Cheque run Bank postings and reconciliation Responsible for reporting the Balance sheet to head office in a monthly basis Intercompany invoices Prepare the debtors and creditors aging Ensure accurate and timely posting of financial transactions Daily cash allocations and cash reconciliation of customer payments Raising intercompany invoice recharges Qualifications AAT ,part qualified.
