An opportunity has emerged for an ambitious individual to join the Secured Private Credit team as a Credit Analyst.Role DescriptionWe are seeking an Analyst / Associate-level credit analyst to be actively involved in the fundamental analysis of European senior secured financing opportunities backed by real estate and thus support us creating value for our current and prospective investor base. Responsibilities will be twofold:Capital Deployment / Investment ActivityInvestor MarketingKey to the investment side is the transaction analysis in which the successful candidate is expected to play a major role. Tasks will include the following:Assisting in gathering and analysing industry and macro data to identify trends and help develop views for regional and sector specific real estate marketsContributing to the initial transaction screening process through research and modellingBeing actively involved in the transaction due diligence process which includes the preparation of cash flow models for our credit analysis (incl. sponsor business model review, building our underwritten and stress cases), collateral evaluation and due dili-gence (incl. site visits) and legal documentation reviewPreparing credit investment recommendations Monitoring market developments and quarterly performance of investmentsAn important part of the job will involve investor-related tasks such as the preparation of marketing materials, conference presentations and meeting books.
