Finance Analyst / Business Partner Central London £350 - £425 per day An exciting opportunity has arisen for a commercially focused Business Partner to join a high-growth, private equity-backed tech business. This business is recently taken off, doubling in size from £25m-£50m in turnover over the last year. Due to their high acquisition drive and increase in demand for their products, the business has experienced a mixture of organic and inorganic growth. As the first hire in Commercial Finance, this is a fantastic opportunity to make this role your own and will be reporting directly into the CFO who has successfully led two exits previously. This is an interim role, focused on project work. The Role: Business partnering with key stakeholders across the business in order to gather requirements on reports and insights needed. Supporting the CFO on due diligence and post-acquisition integration. Leading the budgeting processes and the 3-5-year plan. Creating / improving current models around cash flow and covenants reporting. The Requirements: ACA/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent Experience creating models Strong communication skills to communicate with people of all levels Experience in a commercial finance team
