Fund Accountant We have been engaged by a leading European Real Estate company, to hire a Fund Accountant and a Senior Fund Accountant/Fund Controller to work in the London office, assisting with an exciting project that could last more than 6 months. For this role, they are looking for a qualified Accountant (>2 years PQ), with strong financial accounting skills and knowledge of the Real Estate industry. The key responsibilities for this role will include (but are not limited to) supporting the following functions; The quarterly reporting process The correct valuation and allocation of funds Debt reporting process Other ad-hoc tasks This role is ideal for someone looking to secure their next long-term contract. The company are looking to hire someone ASAP and will pay upto £350 p/day for the right candidate.
