Financial Accountant - North Lincolnshire - up to £38,000 A very well established, rapidly growing manufacturing company are looking to recruit an experienced Financial Accountant. The successful candidate will become a valued member of this Scunthorpe based finance team, and will report directly to the Financial Controller, focusing on driving the business forwards and playing a pivotal part within the team. As Financial Accountant, your key responsibilities will include: Providing high-quality reports including monthly management accounts Preparation of weekly KPI reports Forecasting and managing daily cashflow Managing weekly KPIs, cash flow forecasts and cash positioning Completing VAT returns, ECSL returns and NSO returns, whilst managing tight deadlines Managing monthly invoice discounting reconciliations Assisting with budgets and forecasting processes Investigating variances, highlighting risks and driving efficiencies Assisting with system improvements to enhance analysis and reporting Key Requirements and Preferences: A strong financial management and accounting background Graduate calibre, finalist or qualified accountant - CIMA/ACCA/ACA Experience working within either manufacturing or engineering, and of working for an SME business IT literate, specifically in Excel Ambitious, highly driven and motivated A positive, self-reliant, open-minded and enthusiastic attitude A passion for continuous improvement and driving improved reporting In return you will receive: Attractive salary and benefits package Working for a fast-paced business during an exciting period of change and growth Exciting long-term career progression - this is a great chance to make a difference and have an impact on a business that will excite you and drive you to achieve excellence Finish early Fridays If you are interested in finding out about this exciting Financial Accountant opportunity, click 'apply now'.
