Finance Manager Leicester City Centre £29,000 Per Annum Are you looking for a role that offers you autonomy and responsibility? The Company: Eileen Richards Recruitment are excited to be working with a vibrant, and successful business within Leicester City Centre who are now seeking a Finance Manager to join their dedicated and driven team. Role & Responsibilities of the Finance Manager: Plan and track departmental budget Review with department Managers all expenses Ensure monthly PL reviews are completed with GM and Department Managers Submission and management of the hotel payroll Maintain a warm and friendly demeanor at all times. Must be able to effectively communicate both verbally and written, and approach all encounters with all levels of associates and guests in an attentive, friendly, courteous and Count On Me service oriented manner. Maintain high standards of personal appearance and grooming, which include wearing nametags. Comply with standards and regulations to encourage safe and efficient hotel operations. Maximize efforts towards productivity, identify problem areas and assist in implementing solutions. Must be effective in handling problems, including anticipating, preventing, identifying and solving problems as necessary. Must be able to understand and evaluate complex information, data, etc. from various sources to meet appropriate objectives. About You as the Finance Manager: Strong Verbal & Written Communication skills Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or equivalent Sage accounting system knowledge Opera PMS Knowledge preferred Must be able to multitask and prioritize departmental functions to meet deadlines. Attend all hotel required meetings and training Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Finance Manager/ Assistant Finance Manager in the Hotel Industry.
