Part time Credit controller/Sales Ledger Clerk Up to £12 per hour Based in Dartford Available immediately - could go Permanent My client based on the Crossways Business Park has an immediate vacancy for a Part time Credit Controller/Sales Ledger Clerk. Hours required are 22 - 25 hours per week and this can be spread over 3/5 days ie Monday - Friday 09.30 - 2.30. Duties include: Collection of customer debts within terms. Recording of collections into accounting systems. Reporting of credit control performance to management. Estimation of cash receipts and recording of projected payment dates by customers' accounts payable departments. Resolution of queries from customers' accounts payable department and factoring company. Control of remittance advice notes from customers. Reconciliations of customer accounts. Control of establishment and recording of new customers in accordance with group procedures. General Liaise with other departments to resolve queries arising from any of the above processes carry out any other duties reasonably requested by the management of the finance department or the group. Candidates must be able to work with and use Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, Sage Accounts, Sage Payroll and client 3rd party systems.
