This client is looking for a dynamic individual who is flexible, has excellent communication skills and who has a keen eye for detail. Duties of this role includes but not limited to;
• Prepare cheques to be sent to bank via Courier
• Maintain, and ensure accuracy of sales ledger records at all times
• Process all new account applications within 24 hours
• Set credit limits in accordance with credit bureau or management instructions
• Update Credit limits for current customers as required in a timely manner
• Liaise with the Customer Care with regard to the raising of invoices and credit notes
• Issue chasing letters for overdue accounts and in-line with company policy
• Instigate legal action (after obtaining internal approval) if required
• Liaise with Sales Teams with regard to face-to-face contact with Dealers
• Prepare Construction Dealers schedule
• Reconcile all general ledger accounts relative to sales ledger
• Ensure accurate and up-to-date notes are recorded on SAP for total visibility at all times If you believe you have all the relevant experiences and skills for this position and you also have good knowledge of the SAP systems then this may be the perfect position for you to work with an excellent company.
