Up to £24,000 PA D.O.E My Client is looking for a Purchase Ledger Assistant to join their established team based in Northampton. You will be part of a family run organisation, who regularly reward their employees. Duties: Processing weekly paperwork received from clients Assisting in the day to day running of Purchase Ledger Statement Reconciliations Contacting Suppliers with any queries Assist in Supplier Payment run preparation Assist in preparation of accruals for month end accounts Ad hoc accounting duties Essential Skills Excellent knowledge of excel as the majority of work is excel based Excellent communication Skills Excellent attention to detail The ability to work to deadlines and be organised Ability to work as part of a team and on own initiative If you have previous experience in a similar role, please apply today Ascendant Recruitment is one of Milton Keynes and Northampton's leading recruitment businesses.
