Job Description:
• Taking care of the complete End to End Payroll activities for UK employees
• Analysis, computation and interpretation of accurate remuneration for employees of UK based companies
• Ensure the timely filing of all statutory reporting requirements with regards to payroll- related tax and social funding on a quarterly and annual basis
• Ensure strict payroll implementation and compliance in accordance with HMRC guidelines
• Interactions/ Calls with Clients as and when required
• Identifying areas of improvement and set Ways of Working in accordance with legislation and policy
• Internal quality checks with respect to deliverables within the team to ensure required
• SLAs are effectively met.
• Responsible for audits of the completed work of the team members on a periodic basis and provide feedback on timely basis thereby improving their accuracy.
• Prioritizing the work and guiding the team members as per the input received to meet the deadlines with quality standards.
• Maintaining close coordination with the client/UK Team mates regarding Issues/escalation after the deliverables.
• Providing continual training to team members pertaining to changing norms of Payroll compliances. UK Tax:
• Preparation of UK individual income tax returns for UK residents and non-residents.
• Processing of tax calculation of individual (SA 100) where analytical calculation are necessary. Ensure 100% accuracy in terms of quality and timeliness.
• Collation of documents from various sources and reviewing the collated documents related to the tax preparation.
• Interact with clients to obtain additional information on taxable income and deductible expenses and allowances for the tax year.
• Responsible for prepare and assist simple to complex tax returns as per client specific for international executives and expatriates.
• Analyze employment and personal income, investment income and Capital Gain of the Tax
• Payer and prepare return as per given information.
• Defining the Residential Status with use of documents and other client provided
• Responsible for maintaining and continuing the consistency in quality of return.
