Good Communication skills in English. Responsible for maintaining and updating Purchase & Sale Invoice Entry in Tally ERP 9. Responsible for maintaining and updating Sale Order & Purchase Order Entry in Tally ERP 9. Understanding of vendor price list and process for order loading. Maintaining & Preparation of Invoice properly as per customer PO. Sending Invoice Scan Copy to Customer & calling customer to take confirmation on Invoice receipt. Handling customer order cancellation issue and getting replacement from vendors. Software license delivery via email to end customers. Typing Speed is mandatory.
