• Sal budget INR 36,00,000 to 40,00,000 PA / negotiable Expertise:
• Qualified CA
• In all ACCOUNTS & FINANCE related matters like MIS, Finalizing and consolidation quarterly reports, Presenting Business Plan as well as Annual Budgets, Managing treasury/Cash Flow, Project Evaluation, revaluating all internal controls & handling all internal audit report observations, Vetting various covenants of all new contracts both legal as well as financial, Presenting to Board on all legal, financial, regulatory, internal controls and other control compliance issues, Preparation of financial statements, determine statutory liability of the company accurately and make payments on time, Working capital management to effectively manage cash flows & treasury process on a continuous basis to ensure operations are managed effectively.
• Should be able to relate to modern business concepts very effectively.
