Credit Controller - Permanent - based in Milton Keynes MK7 Purpose of Role: Recruiting for an established Credit Control team, you will need to have sound credit control experience. Key

Responsibilities:
Allocate payment received to correct account and prepare reports for the accountant regarding outstanding and overdue invoices. Liaise with customers via email and telephone regarding debtor balance, sending statements and copy invoices where required. Follow company process to chase overdue accounts. Create good communication links with customers to ensure prompt payment of invoices. Raise concerns with managers regarding overdue issues and organizing payment plans with slow payers.
