My client is looking for a seasoned Financial Controller to be based in their Central London office. A key factor of the role will be business partnering with several Directors across the UK&I regions, delivering timely and accurate financial reporting in line with the group function. The company specialises in Asset Management and Advisory to the Construction/infrastructure sector. notably working several FTSE 100 & 250 businesses in optimising their portfolio's, cost management and general advisory functions. Responsibilities, Producing timely and accurate monthly reports for the consolidated UK businesses Conducting annual reporting packs and statutory accounts for the board and stakeholders Providing accurate analysis and carefully monitoring profitability Producing annual budgets and quarterly forecasts Supporting the UK Finance Director in various AD HOC activities Experience & Qualifications, Fully completed accountancy qualification (ACA,ACCA,CIMA) industry experience preferred but not essential Experience in preparation of statutory and management accounts Strong technical knowledge (IFRS, UK GAAP) Working knowledge of systems such as Agresso etc. Ability to communicate with financial and non-financial stakeholders
