24 seven are working with a luxury fashion brand based in London looking for a Finance Analsyt. FINANCE ANALYST REPORTS TO: Chief Financial Officer DIVISION: Finance SCOPE OF JOB The Finance Analyst has ability to analyse financial data, collecting data from the main systems, monitoring the results, understanding the processes, producing reliable internal and external reporting and giving recommendations or actions. It has an analytical approach and support the CFO and the Company in many financial analysis and reports. DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES Monthly Actual analysis on full Income Statement by cost centre, intercompany, management accounts, merchandise category Gross Margin and inventory analysis by cost centre Operating costs analysis by each Company cost centre, explaining processes, trends, overspending and recommending actions to budget owners. Backups maintenance and reports Assets and amortisation analysis by cost centre, capital expenditure (capex) reporting, net book value and trends Support on quarterly intercompany reconciliations Quarterly Balance Sheet analysis Manages the Monthly Managers reporting for Actual figures against the yearly Budget and arranges the monthly meetings Increases productivity by developing automated Business Intelligence (BI) reports and working together with the central BI team in the Holding Yearly Budget and Forecast by cost centre working with budget owners and building a trustable reporting Seasonal Plan by season Retail and Wholesale by cost centre, merchandise category, gender Yearly fully detailed Income Statement reports (Dashboard) with breakdown by cost centre, merchandise category, business channel Manages monthly, quarterly and yearly SAP reporting to submit to the Holding BEHAVIOURS FOR SUCCESS Strong analytical skills, precise and accurate, sense of urgency, problem solving, organisational skills, team player, high communication skills, flexibility, confidentiality, able to work with deadlines WORK EXPERIENCE/ QUALIFICATIONS At least 2-3 years in the role University degree in Financial management, Economics, Business administration or related field Advance skills in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel SAP BPC or BI knowledge is a plus
