Financial Planning and Analysis Manager A world leading private equity owned, technology driven, luxury sports and leisure retail company, serving markets worldwide, is looking for a high calibre, qualified accountant (ACA or CA or Charetered accountant) to become their FP&A Manager. Working in their London office, reporting to the Head of FP&A. With ambitious growth plans both organic and through acquisition, the FP&A Manager will play an important role in providing commercial analysis, modelling and insight into many of the financial decisions including, acquisitions, divestments, budgets, financing and cash flow management. You will liaise internally with the Divisional Finance Directors, the Group Financial Controller, the Group Tax Manager, and the broader global finance teams in over 10 countries as well liaising with the Banking syndicate and shareholders. You will be responsible for: Commercial analysis of revenue, margin and opex performance (historical and forecast) Ad hoc project work, around acquisitions, divestments and new capital structures Preparing routine and ad hoc presentations for Board, Shareholders and banking partners Input into monthly analysis and review of business performance Preparing and updating annual financial models as part of ongoing financial planning Forecasting of financial covenants Supporting the production of monthly group consolidated management accounts and annual group consolidated financial statements. Requirements: You will be a fully qualified Chartered accountant. Preferably an ACA or CA, from big 4 background with relevant post qualification and/or transaction services experience. Strong intellectual and accounting base, along with good problem solving skills. Strong excel skills are essential.
