Interaction Recruitment are delighted to be working with a leading retail brand and assisting them with their requirement for an FTC Assistant Payroll Manager in their Northampton office. Assistant Payroll Manager Contract type - 6 months fixed term Hours - Full time Salary - up to £35,000 per annum Job Purpose: This fixed term role takes responsibility for managing the payroll and benefits for our client's whole business. Successful candidates will also manage the People Database, being responsible for the accuracy of all records. The assistant payroll manager will have two direct reports and therefore management and communication skills are essential. Experience of working in a fast-paced environment and having confidence in building and maintaining relationships are paramount to the success of the role.

Responsibilities:
