London Legacy Development Corporation (LLDC) is seeking a Financial Analyst to support the Development Directorate, with responsibility for researching and analysing model inputs, designing, preparing, running and updating financial viability models. You will be able to research and maintain a comprehensive database of local-property values and transactions and model inputs to inform financial viability analysis and providing detailed financial viability support to the Development Directorate for a range of purposes including (but not limited to) scheme optimisation to support the preparation of development briefs; master planning stages; planning applications; planning viability negotiations. To be considered for this role you will be a Chartered Surveyor or have a similar qualification in property, finance or economics related discipline. You will be able to demonstrate experience of property financial viability analysis for a range of purposes. You will also need to have Excel and Argus Software knowledge to design, build and populate financial models. Strong communication skills are also essential.
