£20-23,000 per annum

This role is really interesting and perfect for the finance assistant who doesn't want to be "pigeon-holed"! Reporting to the company accountant of this manufacturing organisation, your role will essentially sit within the finance department but the majority of your time will be spent with the operations team to support the production of manufacturing and production commercial reports looking at; yield, stock, overheads such as salaries and labour spend, Sales and Stock Reconciliations and general KPI. In addition to experience in a manufacturing environment, you need to have a good understanding of transactional finance as you will be providing cover for the Accounts Payable and Receivable function at times. You will be a very "hands on" person; you will be spending plenty of time on the Factory floor, partnering with the teams to gain a really good understanding of their processes.
