Equation Recruitment are looking to recruit an experienced Credit Controller to cover a 1-year maternity contract for our Bicester based client. This is a full-time position working 9am - 5pm Monday to Friday, starting on 1st August 2019. Main responsibilities include: Daily cash allocation from BACs, cheques and PDQ To use and manage the collection of cash through any nominated 3rd party supplier Emailing and chasing for overdue payments on accounts held in-house Resolving debit note queries on Consumer Product Division accounts Other duties including query resolution and banking cash Regular communication with the sales team concerning queries or problems with key customers Ensure credit checks are completed for all new accounts, and updated periodically Improving debtor days Any other ad hoc tasks as instructed by the Financial Accountant The Candidate: Must be self-organised and able to produce accurate work in a timely manner Effective planning and organisational skills Ability to work as an individual or team member Good communication skills at all levels, both internal and external Knowledge of Word and Excel Must have experience working in a similar role If you would like the opportunity to work for an established organisation and are available to start on 1st August, please apply today with your CV.
