We are working with a leading travel management company based in Central London to recruit for a Transactional Finance Manager job. Your new company is part of a global network including lots of international subsidiaries, allowing their customers to ensure a fair price for their travel plans.


Your new role

This Transactional Finance Manager job will oversee a large team of junior accountants based in Central London.

Reporting to the new Director of Accounting, and will act as a key member of the Finance team. In this role; you will lead and inspire the transactional teams to maintain the highest levels of quality, drive efficiencies in transactional processes, track KPIs and assist with systems implementations, as needed.

Adherence to Internal Controls will be paramount in the role, which will then allow a smooth running of day to day back-office functions.


What you'll need to succeed

• Fully Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA or CIMA)
• Experience leading transactional finance teams
• Experience working in a matrix structured organisation
• Ability to work with stakeholders at various levels of seniority
