Job Details

As Finance Business Partner you will look after a team of 10 across Accounts Receivable and Customer Administration, as well as looking at ways to improve processes in both areas.

Description

As Finance Business Partner key responsibilities will include:

- Managing the team across Accounts Receivable and Customer Administration

- Assist the team and take ownership of process optimisation and continuous improvement activities

- Financial process ownership of the Order to Cash process

- Reporting and Root Cause analysis of anything affecting the customer experience

- Supporting the Financial Controller with the leadership and coordination of the monthly close, forecast, budget and latest estimate activities

Profile

My client is looking for a Qualified Accountant with strong experience in both staff management and process improvements. You must have strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.

This is a temporary role initially with the strong possibility of a permanent role for the right candidate.
