The Asset Management team will deliver compliance, investment and asset strategy functions across the business. This will be delivered through a surveying programme, successful programme management, compliance oversight, facilities management and asset services such as service charges and leasehold management. Reporting to the Compliance Manager and as a valued member of the team, the Compliance Data Analyst will assist in the production of the daily real time reports enabling the compliance status to be fully understood at any given time. Part of asset management department, the newly formed Compliance Team has been set up to deliver a property compliance oversight across the organisation. The team comprises of a Compliance Manager, 2 Compliance Technical Managers and 2 Compliance Data Analysts. Operating across Beyond Housings geographical location the Compliance Data Coordinator will be responsible for producing daily reports, auditing information systems and validating data to ensure statutory property compliance across all regulatory landlord functions in respect of domestic and commercial buildings. The successful candidate should have experience in extracting data from data management systems and the production of data reports. You should have strong IT skills particularly relating to the use of databases and spreadsheets. The right person will need to have; Excellent communication, oral and written skills to communicate effectively both within and outside the company. Strong IT skills particularly relating to the use of databases and spreadsheets. Ability to input and extract data from electronic data, and paper based systems to produce accurate reports. Ability to scrutinise and analyse data to identify trends and anomalies. Experience of working to deadlines and service pressure / demands. Flexible and open to change. Effective team worker.
