Practicus are partnering with a London based Trust who are urgently seeking an Interim Head of Finance Band 8b An exciting opportunity working with a London based trust. This role is essentially filling in and supporting the Director of Finance leading on both Financial Management and Contracting matters for the Trust. You will provide financial support to both the Clinical and Operational senior management which will include financial modelling of business scenarios and contract management across their key contracts. You will also be responsible for providing finance support to their CIP initiatives. What will underpin the success of this assignment is your NHS experience in a similar setting and someone who is a self-starter. You will have the autonomy to hit the ground running but also build relationships within the organisation. Essential: Broad finance experience gained within the NHS at a Management level Previously led on a finance team and understand what best practice looks like. Strong knowledge of contract management and contact negotiations Excellent engagement and communication skills at all levels including exec teams. Qualified with CIMA, ACCA or CCAB with post qualification experience Passion for delivery, willing to go the extra mile for the work at hand.
