Bennett and Game Recruitment are recruiting for an Audit and Accounts Partner for a rapidly expanding Accountancy Practice in the Manchester area with a UK turnover of over £50 million and hundreds of employees nationally. The Accountancy Practice Focuses on sectors including; FMCG, Healthcare and Automotive. In the Accounts & Audit Partner position you will be working alongside the firm's partners on a daily basis managing your workload which would mainly involve; managing a portfolio of large clients, ensuring audits are signed off and being a direct point of contact if a member of management needs assistance. This would be the perfect opportunity for a Director or Partner within an Accountancy Firm to take their next step into a company growing over 15% each year consistently in a relaxed and friendly environment. In this practice, you are also able to discuss if you would prefer Accounts or Audit to specialise in, as there are multiple opportunities. Accounts & Audit Partner Position Overview Managing a portfolio of large accounts Oversee and sign off audits Ensure audits are complete by a set deadline Developing relationships with new clients when required Train and develop new staff as well as internal processes Being a direct point of contact for management when required Accounts & Audit Partner Position Requirements The successful candidate must have experience within an Accountancy Practice at a senior level You would ideally have more than 5 years' experience within an Accountancy Practice The ideal candidate would require a full UK Driver's License You would ideally have a recognised finance qualification (ACA, ACCA or AQ) Experience at a Director or Partner level would be advantageous Accounts & Audit Partner Position Remuneration

Salary:
