Accounts Assistant Required for Prestige Main Dealer in Birmingham Basic salary dependent on experience 37.5 hours per week On behalf of my Client, a Prestige Main Car Dealer in Birmingham, I am looking for an experienced Automotive Accounts Assistant. To be successful in your application, you must have recent Motor Industry Accountancy experience, have basic tax/VAT knowledge and maintain a professional manner at all times. Candidates who have used Kerridge previously will have a strong advantage. Your duties will include: -Control of petty cash for the site. -Organise the flow of documentation between different sites. -Register purchase invoices and providing valid purchase order. -Raising of all site cheques. -Preparing/posting daily banking ready for the Accountant. -Preparing/posting payment journal and bank statement.
