Our client based in Ross on Wye are expanding and wish to appoint an accounts manager to work closely with the group accountant / finance officer. Candidates should have proven experience in general accounting, bookkeeping, payroll, online (accounting) systems, credit control, costing-quotation procedures and related activities. You will need to be proactive, a self motivated achiever with excellent communicative, organisational, analytical and people skills; commercially astute with strong business acumen, possessing the attitude, ability and tenacity to succeed. Ideally (but not essential) having experience and understanding in the workings of similar related industries , which include as their clients/customers house builders, construction companies, local authorities and homeowners. The appointment allows for a flexible commitment and time arrangements.
