The Assistant Finance Business Partner will be responsible for providing financial insight and support, to enable the business partners to challenge decision-making and drive continuous improvement in business performance. Supporting the Financial analysis of monthly results/trends to provide increased cost visibility and ownership. Develop processes, tools and reports to help business partners to provide a consistent reporting platform to benchmark against. Maintain key financial models to ensure accuracy of finances, supporting the wider Business Partnering team. Financial governance and management of change initiatives with appropriate efficiency metrics ensuring that all relevant financial and regulatory policies are adhered to.
