Interim Credit Manager / Senior Credit Controller North Derbyshire 12 month fixed term contract £24,000 - £28,000 JR Recruitment are looking for an immediately available Senior Credit Controller to cover a 12 month fixed term contract in North Derbyshire. You will have a proven track record of working to reduce debt and build relationships with customers. With 1 direct report, this is an opportunity to manage an established team member but still be hands-on and making a difference. You will be process driven with the ability to prioritise and enjoy seeing the fruits of your labour.
Responsibilities:
Releasing goods for delivery or collection within a given deadline Running and reviewing credit reports Chase customers for payment of outstanding invoices and returned direct debits Posting daily card and BACS payments on computer system Dealing efficiently with queries regarding pricing, delivery and payments Create sales invoices if requested Account reconciliation Ad-hoc tasks requested by Credit Control Manager Key skills: Proven solid experience within Credit Control Able to demonstrate previous team leadership or training of team or colleagues SAP experience is desirable Excellent communication skills both written and verbal Able to prioritise and plan workloads This is a 12 month interim assignment therefore you must be available at short notice and able to commit to the full length of the contract.
