We have an exciting opportunity for an exceptional and experienced Accounts Payable Executive ideally with experience in a global setting to join an innovative and dynamic Media & Marketing Group who is rapidly expanding and challenging everything they do to improve their offerings to customers. This is a permanent role in near Canary Wharf paying between £24 -£27K per annum and looking for someone start as soon as possible. With beautiful offices near Canary Wharf and a strong finance team behind you, the role will require you undertake all tasks relating to my client's accounts payable function.
Responsibilities:
1 Managing the payable inbox - processing supplier invoices , making any urgent payments and dealing promptly with supplier queries 2 Making payments - weekly, bi-weekly and ad-hoc payment runs 3 Dealing with and processing expenses 4 Maintaining petty cash float (sterling and foreign currency) 5 Maintaining creditor's ledger 6 Reconciliations 7 Data management and analysis 8 Compilation of reports 9 Assisting with year-end audits 10 Project work as advised by CFO or Finance Manager Background and experience: 1 Solid experience spent working in a similar role (Finance of Accounts Assistant) 2 Strong attention to detail with a passion for accuracy 3 A knowledge of SUN would be advantageous but is not essential 4 Ability to work in a fast paced, time sensitive environment where meeting tight deadlines is critical The company has excellent benefits, rewards and highly values every employee Tate is acting as an Employment Agency in relation to this vacancy
