Robert Half Finance & Accounting is working exclusively with a dynamic and progressive Leicestershire based business with the recruitment of a Commercial Finance Business Partner. The client is open at looking at this role either on a 4 or 5 days a week basis. The role is based at the firms head office function which is based in Leicester and is commutable distance from all areas of Leicestershire, Nottingham and Derby. Reporting to the Financial Controller, The Commercial Finance Business partner will be responsible for working with the business in driving well informed commercial decision making and the following tasks budgeting/forecasting, analysing month end results, managing working capital requirements, control of capex spend. The role is a 50 / 50 split between accounting activities (This role has no month end requirements) and business partnering across the company - you will be working with staff from all levels of the business up to board level. To be considered for the role you will ideally come from either a Management Accounting, Business Analysis or Financial Analysis background. You will be a real peoples person, having the ability to work with people from all backgrounds and have the skills to challenge and drive commercial decisions. You will be a qualified accountant in either the CIMA, ACCA or ACA qualification.
