Macildowie are currently recruiting an experienced Credit Controller to join a fast-paced and diverse business based in Northampton near Brackmills. This role will be offered on a temporary basis for a period of 2-3 months. To be considered for the role you will need to be available at short notice or immediately available. The main purpose of this role is to manage the debtor facility, ensuring a clean and tidy ledger whilst managing queries and ensuring accurate account allocations. This role will require a well-rounded credit controller with excellent customer services skills and the ability to manage and develop key relationships. Ideally you will have experience of working in a similar role and are now looking for an opportunity to demonstrate your skills. Main Responsibilities Ensure timely payment of debts, chasing of overdue debts within agreed timescales. Allocation of large-scale payments accurately by line level across multiple accounts. Processing and reconciliation of sales invoices. Accurate allocation of receipts in finance system. Work closely with other departments and branches to resolve any queries and disputes in a timely manner. Processing card and direct debit payments. Send statements and chasing letters to customers. Produce reports as and when requested.
