Finance is seen as the cornerstone of the Liverpool operation, and this role is vital in a value add position. The Role The role is a Senior position within the business and the successful Qualified Accountant will be position in a consultative position on a number of changes to the organisation, which will require key, commercial review. There is a requirement within the group to ensure that the organisation maximizes their manufacturing operation, ensuring that full efficiencies are introduced and the site uses the organisational investment, to maintain the cutting edge of production, while also ensuring that their international quality is upheld. Area's of focus: Sales Performance Budgeting and Cost Savings Production methods & efficencies Stakeholder engagement Costing - Unit, Standard, Prime This is an organisation who look to internal growth and development, and as such, they are keen to bring onboard a motivated, people manager who understands the benefit of engaging man management, with the aspirations to grow the team. The successful qualified accountant is to be encouraged to engage with Operations, Production and Sales Directors, to help drive finances exposure across the business. Yours skills as an accounting professional and a commercial manager will be utilised to show clients that this organisation values its internal talent and uses them to the best of their ability.
