They are looking to hire an experienced Credit Supervisor to join there fantastic finance team, offering over £35,000. Key Responsibilities Responsible for targeted to collections Ensure customers are contacted to resolve outstanding payment, credit or debit claims and that these are processed in a timely manner and within authorised sanction limits. Regular account reconciliations Responsible for customer disputes and building relationships Responsible for the reconciliation of the Sales ledger Prepare and distribute the monthly Credit Control reporting: DSO, debit note report and query management reports. Monitor Credit Insurance limits maintained in accordance with the Group Credit to policy.
