Main duties include: Providing day to day leadership, support and line management to a team of 4 Controlling AP creditor balances and allocations Standing order and controls Purchase order controls over supplies and maintenance systems Controlling automated expenses Summarising snapshot reporting for senior management Maintaining correct posting to nominal ledger Driving process-efficient savings via automation Dealing with multi-currency/international suppliers Key skills and experience required: 3 years of AP experience Examples of leadership, if not always necessarily in an official capacity Personable, professional and proactive nature Proven track record using initiative to come up with creative solutions and more effective ways of working Credible and confident communicator, capable of building relationships both internally and externally AGY - Vitae Financial Recruitment We Exist To Be Different - Membership NOT Registration
