Billing Analyst Leeds City Centre Permanent and FTC roles available My client is a well-established utility business based in Leeds City Centre who boasts an international reputation. They are looking for someone with excellent MI reporting skills for a Billing Analyst position. This is a great opportunity to work in a corporate professional services environment within a business that continues to thrive. Duties of a Billing Analyst include:
• Work closely with the Billing team to provide accurate and thorough pre-billing reports to ensure a smooth billing run
• Provide daily reporting for the billing team
• Use all available analysis software for ad hoc requests from other teams and help identify improvements to how they analyse data
• Work on projects within the billing and wider teams
• Assist with monthly/quarterly and annual rate reports
• Create Management Information (MI) reports where necessary for the billing team/customers and clients Personal Specification for a Billing Analyst:
• Ideally educated to degree level
• Previous experience in an analytical role is essential
• Excellent Excel skills including V-lookups and Pivot Tablets - VBA experience would be an advantage
• Ability to build good internal and external relationships
• Able to work to strict deadlines Salary for this role is £18,000 - £20,000 depending on experience. There is a permanent and 6-month contract available.
