We are hiring a Compliance Business Partner on behalf of an established insurance broker to cover multiple offices and clients in the North of England, therefore travelling is essential to the role. The purpose of the role is to provide guidance and advice on regulatory matters to support the leadership team. Day to Day activities in brief include;
• Reviewing Financial Promotions
• Policies and procedures - providing guidance to Group Risk & Compliance
• Delivering Compliance training
• Commission Disclosure requests
• Review TOBA's The successful candidate must have experience of the above activities and it would be important to have exposure to the broking market having previous experience working for an insurance broker. Office locations can be based in Birmingham, Leeds or surrounding areas - with additional travel to other business sites and clients.
