A blue-chip property group based in London is currently seeking a VAT compliance specialist to join their well established, and every growing tax team. This role offers an excellent remit and breadth across all taxes with the intention to train up on corporate tax to help the wider team. Reporting straight into the Head of Tax, this is an excellent opportunity with fantastic progression opportunities.

Responsibilities:
- Ownership of VAT compliance process, ensuring best-practice is implemented and mapping the ideal compliance flow - Completion of VAT returns for the group - VAT registrations for various jurisdictions - End of month reconciliation - Continuous project work will make up the majority of this role Requirements: - ACA/CTA/ACCA or equivalent (HMRC trained good as well) - A strong and proven background in VAT compliance with knowledge of current and future VAT legislation - Experienced in mapping out best VAT practice - SAP experience bonus but not required
