Our new Pensions company are looking to recruit and experienced Compliance Manager to take responsibility for all HMRC liaison and ensure all processes implemented adhere to regulatory and business requirements. The Compliance Manager will be responsible for looking at the following areas Design of T&C framework (Training and Competency) Application of FCA rules in regards to Compliance monitoring processes Reporting back to FCA on compliance info Providing MI to Compliance director etc To be considered we are looking someone with the following skills: Strong Pensions background - ideally both DB & DC Pension Schemes. Strong up to date Pension legislation knowledge and a strong understanding of applicable HMRC, FCA and TPR regulations Level 4 CII accreditation Proven Compliance background
