Investigo have partnered with a large retail business based in Hertford. Due to expansion and growth this is an exciting opportunity for someone who is wanting to pursue a career in purchase ledger. This is a permanent role, paying between £24,000- £27,000 depending on experience. Key Responsibilities; - All day to day processing responsibilities of multiple currency and multiple company bought ledger, including international payments Log and code all the purchase ledger invoices in SAP, business One and Sage Proactive authorisation process of all payments, liaise with relevant managers to ensure timely authorisation of invoices Resolve supplier's queries Process and final control company expenses monthly Ensure any Debit Notes raised by the company are deducted from payment Organise monthly payment runs timely and accurately Monthly supplier statement reconciliation Assist in weekly and ad hoc Financial reporting The ideal candidate would have; - Excellent written and verbal communication skills Over 3 years' experience with in a similar role Experience of using an accounting system is mandatory, Sage and SAP Computer literate and proficient in Excel and Word Be able to prioritise The capability of building strong relationships with suppliers If you are the right candidate for the role, you should be sure to receive a competitive salary, with a bonus scheme, discounts, vouchers and many more benefits.
