Morgan McKinley are partnering with a global brand management company to recruit a German speaking Accounts Receivable during an exciting time for this organization. The successful candidate must be advanced/fluent in German due to the nature of the role and are able to manage the entire Accounts Receivable process. THE ROLE Manage relationships with customers to ensure that: Overdue invoices are paid on time. Remittance advice is provided so cash receipts can be allocated against the correct customer invoices. Resolve customers claims and queries relating to invoices and payments. Overdue invoices escalated to appropriate division heads to help with cash collection. Take responsibility for the credit control of accounts receivable, monitoring regularly and taking appropriate action when required. Allocate cash receipts based on remittance advice against customer invoices posted in SAP. Prepare the AR at risk month end reporting template. Prepare the AR sub-ledger Vs GL ledger reconciliation as part of the month end reconciliation process. SKILLS & QUALIFACTIONS Strong Excel skills and experience using Word is essential. Systems knowledge of SAP is considered advantageous. Fluent German speaker. Willing to travel to and from Germany occasionally. Experience working as a Credit Controller. Track record of improving cash collections and reducing the aging of outstanding accounts receivables.
