To support their continued growth and success, they are looking to appoint a qualified Group Reporting Manager. A great opportunity to play a pivotal role in the future of this established group. The Role A newly created role you will be responsible for preparing group consolidated monthly management accounts to agreed deadlines You will manage the production of consolidated statutory accounts and annual report for the group and its subsidiaries including liaison with key internal stakeholders. Liaise with external auditors and planning and management of the annual audit process. Assisting with the implementation of a new accounting system and ensuring harmonisation of chart of accounts onto the new platform Oversee technical accounting matters including R&D tax credits & revenue recognition Work with group auditors to provide timely responses to requests for information in order to allow sign off of statutory accounts. The Candidate Qualified Accountant ACCA, ACA or ACMA with strong technical acumen Group consolidation experience, ideally at a global level, a must Clarity in written and verbal communication and able to articulate financial issues in an easily understandable fashion with the ability to manage the expectations of multiple stakeholders.
